Sir me and wife trying for a baby from last 4 month but we didn't get the result from last 4 month.....please advice can we go for a check up or just continue trying more

try regular sex get her main dates for fertization atleast try 1 year do ur semen

After unprotected intercourse for near about 6 month to 1 year if ur wife didnt got pregnant then it is infertility Do intercourse in fertile period that is the day 12 th to day 18 of menses if this doesnt then we will go with tests and treatment
