Trouble with mri results

I need help understanding my mri results there is a section on it called impressions it says ther is annular bulging of the disc broad-based 4 millimeter centrally and 5 millimeter laterally on the left. minimal ligament and facet prominence is seen contouring the posterior lateral aspect of the Dural sac. The remainder of levels visualized from L1 to S1 show focal herniation or spinal stenosis. Borderline prominence to the ligamentum flavum Contours the posterior lateral aspect of the Dural sac symmetrically at L3 L4.

Some level of annular bulge is commonly seen even in normal patients......as such changes occur with aging or heavy activity. U need to consult a neurosurgeon with MRI films, so that ur symptoms and MRI findings needs to be corroborated for precise treatment
