The composition of Triolmezest 40 medicine is, Olmesartan Medoxomil (40mg)+ Amlodipine (5mg)+ Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg) Below is the Combination of 2 tablets available in PM Jan Aushadi Kendra, Tablet 1: Olmesartan Medoxomil (20mg)+ Amlodipine (5mg)+ Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg). Tablet 2: Olmesartan Medoxomil (20mg). Can we take these 2 tablets instead of Triolmezest 40.
