I had a blood test last month which shows high Serum triglyceride 5nmol/L. How dangerous it is. Shall I do fasting to reduce this?

5nmol/L if converted to mg/dl comes to 90. Triglycerides levels below 150 are considered normal. Although you must check with your lab for the normal range, depending on the kit used for the test. exercising would be a good option if you’re concerned about reducing the same.
Next Steps
Check the normal range of the test
Health Tips
Avoid alcohol, bakery and sweets. Daily aerobic exercises.
