Dear sir/mam My name is Pravesh Kumar Singh, last week I checked up the blood report, it is my triglyceride level 432 , total cholesterol 157 now Dr prescribed medicine lipirose F 10 daily 1 tablet at night, but my question is how can reduce without medicine triglyceride level because I am not  rich family, i am doing private job ( work from home) . I am feeling worried Regards Pravesh
