My mother is 82 yrs old & is having nerve pain in the left side of face. We did a MRI scan & found the left superior cerebellar artery indenting the trigeminal nerve. She is now taking pregablin tabs morning & evening. However she still struggles to brush her teeth & gargle in the mornings. Also she feels nerve pulls while eating & drinking. The nerve pulls are instantaneous & last for a second and rattles here. Any ideas for reducing/managing this pain will be sincerely appreciated.
