trigeminal neuralgia is a worst pain. treatment is by 3 types 1. medication 2. radiofrequency ablation 3. surgery . depending on the cause out of the 3 can be used. as u are taking medication mazetol 200 u can increase dose upto 1000mg per day. u can had another drug gabapentin, pregalin, if cause permits u can opt for other 2 types of treatment
