I am 22 I had hand tremors for long time . I have heard my friends say that my hand shake when I write in school. I some time shake when I eat with spoon It gets worst when I think that my hands are going to shake when I lift the spoon is it anxiety or something else .  I am a very anxious person worry about everything this year I was diagnosed with depression ( I am on antidepressants) . I have seen my whole body legs every thing shake when I get angry or fear a lot . Now I need to know whether my tremors are essential tremor or is it Parkinsons.i am getting scared whether it's Parkinson. Pls clarify dr
