Treatment for high triglycerides

Recently did blood tests and reports show triglycerides above 800 and high cholesterol levels and HbA1c is 6.. Please suggest further treatment plan

Hi, As you have mentioned your weight is 85kgs, you are suffering from hypothyroidism and a prediabetic. First of all you need lifestyle modification. You need to control your diet. You need to stop eating oily , fried food, no sugars. Increase your fiber intake. Go for walk Daily for atleast 30 mins. Avoid alcohol and smoking as these predispose to you further complications. If you control your diet right now, you will make a significant improvement.
