Dear doctor please tell me the best treatment I fought other guy he caught up my penis hard on shaft side and pressed for 1 minute at that my penis were in erected position and I feel soo much pain and burning situation when I urinating. Now I don't get erection when doing sex or masturbation I don't feel pleasure I don't maintain erection for long time. Even if my penis is erected after few seconds it goes down. There is a problem with blood flow and nerve. Also when doing sex my penis is in erected position but I don't maintain or don't even get erection. Also I notice when my penis were in erected position at that time my penis deep dorsal vein is also damage and were soo soft when I touch it and feel pain when pressed. My ultrasound is normal.
