Hi I've fallen from slope landed on my and had abrasion and petechiae over it Able to walk for 2 days but paining now on while walking No pain during rest Pain exacerbated during extreme flexion Mild swelling present No crepitus

From the discription i can make out you landed on your knees?? .... if that is the case...which knee is hurting more...also the delayed onset of pain which you said...requires medical attention... wear knee brace or knee cap for the timebeing and avoid extreme movements and weight bearing on the knees... visit an orthopaedic surgeon at the earliest.
