Traditional gas relief ok?

My baby 1 month old has gas issues and is colic. Do traditional methods like Haradh (herb), asafoetida paste etc work? Can I give him These?

Please DO NOT give anything apart from breastmilk till 6 months of age Kindly continue breastfeeding and burp the baby/gentle massage/roll your palms over the baby’s back for 10 mins after each feed This should settle and it’s normal for babies

No. Do not give anything other than breastmilk till 6m. Burping for 20-25 minutes after every feed/bicycle kicks/tummy massage can help. If no relief then you can use colicaid drops
