Dear Dr's Panel Team, Recently I took STD panel test for my new employment purpose, in that TPHA is positive , what actual is that , any harmful / illness on my body ? How it get spreaded? Attaching the few report for your reference .

It means you had or have syphilis ( caused by Treponemal pallidum (TP) bacteria) It can be false positive also so for confirmation go for  treponemal antibody test.
