Sir..i am a 26yrs aged lady..and i have a p4oblem in my toungue..at the tip tongue there is an iritation as well asred dots in the tip..and i feel iritation in my toungue .and i have not ability to eat food..while i have food i feel some pain..and i also have two mnths baby..doctor pls suggest a way and give some remediess plss
