Tounge damaged , now  is she really needs surgery how is the severity of risk yesterday night it was happened after incident with in four minutes the bleeding is stopped till now bleeding is not there. So I will wait for 2 to 3 days to surgery now I need antibiotics for tounge damage and please suggest what is the option to go.
