Last 2 days facing issue of pimple on my toung with little pain. Please help me to sortout this. Also suggest doctor

We need to take history of any other symptoms,your habits and if possible photos of lesion on tongue.It could be ulcer,hemangioma or anything.photograph may help to reach to probable diagnosis
