16.3 ×10^3 is ur white blood cell count.
It is usually between 5 to 11 k
Increased white blood cell count is mostly due to an existing infection anywhere in the body.

Hi
It depends on how sick you are clinically. Ideally further testing to be done for what is causing HUN. Also urine and blood cultures to be taken. Oral antibiotics can be tired if you are stable, however better to get admitted if have worsening symptoms.
