My sister done her torch test where shows rubella igg 99.9 , cmv igg 154 and other two are normal. Is there any problem in conceive or any chance of problem in future baby.

Rubella IgG indicates chronic infection or patients is immunized to Rubella.CMV IgG is 154 that also shows past infection but transmission  chances are there.Better contact to gynaecologist and take medicine then plan.
