IgG positive indicates infection is not active.so it doesnt has to do anything with miscarriages. 3 abortions in which months.give details.3times indicates bad obstetric history needs further evaluation. If in first three months some genetic problems Next months cervix or uterine problems to be ruled out.

IgG antibodies will last for several months and will not affect further conceptions.
