Top left skull cramp when dancing

Had a top left skull cramp when whipping hair in circle while dancing briefly tonight. It's felt like a muscle cramp in the top back left of my skull. Happens occasionally when dancing. Not accompanied by stiffness or tenderness afterward. It's only hurts for a moment. Kind of like when you lose balance and roll on side of ankle.
