My friends (when they were drunk) cove ed my scrotum in toothpaste (lots of it) and now it’s extremely sensitive, red, and the skin has changed texture - how bad is this and what should I do?

just keep it clean. theres nothing to worry as of now theres nothing to do it'll be fine on its own
