   Fever you have is due to infection in the particular teeth in which you are feeling pain in right side of your jaw as you said.    The difficulty in swallowing is mostlydue to involvement of last i.e molar tooth.     Kindly send a picture if you can of that tooth in which you have pain.

T. Ketorol DT, only if pain. 2 tabs dilute in water and consume after food. followed by single tablet at a time. T. Famonext 20, empty stomach preferable or before food, once a day. T. Augmentin Duo 625, 3 times/day, after food, 10 tablets. T.metrogyl 400,3 times/day,after food,10 tablets.

Do not do Hot compression/balm/ointment application extra-orally on cheek region. Luke warm water gargle a few times per day, only if it's relieving the symptoms, even partially. Avoid hard/hot/cold/sweet/sticky food. Soft diet. Do not neglect brushing twice daily, after food. If difficulty in opening mouth/swallowing hold mouthful of Luke warm  water for a minute(avoid salt if blood pressure is above normal limits).

if there is any toothache which is creating pain on the concerned area then i would suggest to visit the dentist or related doctor as soon and i would advise to rinse with betadine mouthwash
