ToothAche in artificial tooth

Hi, I having tooth ache in the artificial tooth.. this tooth is 7-8 years old.. and there is a lot of pain in artificial as well as near by tooth where there is a cap to support the artificial tooth. Please refer to the x-ray attached and suggest.

It might be due to some infection in tooth, but for clearity clinical examination is must. If tooth is infected then RCT will be carried out on that tooth.

Can take painkiller warm saline water rinses two to three times a day Use soft bristle toothbrush

Good evening, Observed your xray. Xray suggest you are having infection over that tooth. You should go for root Canal treatment. You may have symptoms includes:- Sensitivity while eat hot or cold. Pain increases when your upper and lower teeth occlude. Increases pain in night. Might be you are having fever due to this infected tooth.

Most probably the adjacent teeth are decayed under the crown (cap), though we will know that definitely after removing the bridge.
