No dear , you don’t have to take
calcium tablets.
You need to consult a Dentist. Tooth sensitivity which later converts to tooth pain is usually associated with wear & tear of the tooth or any gum problem or cavity or all of them. This cannot be undone with the use of calcium tablets. Proper clinical diagnosis is necessary along with Xray of that tooth. MAYBE you need proper cleaning of teeth along with RCT for that particular tooth.
You can take Tab. Ketorol DT 10mg twice a day if you are unable to consult.
Proper pain & antibiotic treatment is advised for tooth pain but can only be prescribed when consulted in person.
