This structure has been appearing on my tooth since last few months...At times it swells(like in picture)and after that it automatically reduces...Kindly tell me what should be done for it..Is it a serious issue?

It's  because of tooth  related infection in the gums bone causing formation of pus inside it.Hense causing small boil or swelling over the tooth which is coming off & on . Don't worry about it. It has  solution .

It is collection of pus due to dental decay. Get IOPA x-ray done for that tooth & let the dentist decide whether RCT or Extraction has to done

Hi U have a tooth decay and that pus discharge is due to the same . U may need to undergo a root canal treatment and that vl completely subside. First an xray has to be taken to assess the underlying problem .
