The most appropriate treatment for wisdom tooth problems in maximum cases is extraction of the offending tooth. The treatment of one wisdom tooth does not aggravate or alleviate the problem of other wisdom teeth in the mouth. Even if you have undergone extraction of wisdom tooth in the past the situation of the current problematic tooth will define its treatment which will most probably be extraction. You can take painkillers for some relief from the pain but I am pretty sure you must have taken them already and must be aware that they provide only temporary relief which is bound to recur after sometime.
