My tooth already twisted, down center 2 tooth. May be because of gum problem or something else. Its not straight anymore now, feeling uncomfortable. Would like to put some metal or ceramic cap to straitaign. M 37yrs old, let me know what will be the best possible. I stay near CVRaman nagar, bangalore

This may be because of periodontal problem....first go for xray and then scaling (cleaning) and finally check ur periodontal status before goin for ortho treatment or crown
