Hi, I am having Severe tooth pain i am getting relief only when i am taking pain killer .I have gone through Root canal procedure around 5 years back so around 3 days back i had drink freezer water from that day inwards i have started feeling the pain i think freezer water triggered the pain

Dear Practo user, Please visit your dentist. A clinical examination along with an X-ray will be helpful in determining the cause of pain in the tooth. Taking pain killers may be providing relief but it's effects are only temporary. So it's better to know the cause of pain and treat it for permanent relief.

Sometimes even the root canal treated tooth gets re infected. Plz take one Xray of the painful teeth and reevaluate if any periapical infection is there. Some times we need to do re root canal in the teeth. Plz visit a dentist.if in bangalore you can visit The dental office in Harlur road. Thanx
