Hello I assume u are wanting to say RCT with 47 ,it's normal for you to have pain post sitting , various reasons can be the cause for the same but the most common would be if the tooth is paining when you bite then the temporary filling might be high and the high point pain is very uncomfortable ,another cause will be presence of some pulp tissue in the canal or a missed canal .
Next Steps
Visit the dentist and ask to reduce the high point
Health Tips
Take warm water put pinch of salt and rinse .

Hello mam The root canal treatment that you mentioned with one of your lower tooth, according to your history, is not yet completed. The pain in between May occur because the blood vessels inside the tooth are removed. The pain in between two sessions of RCT are common and they are not to be taken seriously. But on the other hand, pain after completion of the treatment that too, after a week or so is a matter of concern. Kindly get your treatment completed and please wait. Because, every human has a different immunity. Some patients never feel pain and some may have severe pain. That also depends on the infection. So please continue with the medicine provided to you and kindly visit for your next sitting.

If the tooth is still hurting then do not obturate. Need to take a course of antibiotics. Wait till the pain subsides
