My daughter is now 6.5 years. The front tooth fell almost three months ago but it has still not grown back. Is this a cause for worry? Should I go to a dentist and get it checked?
no problem ,some time permanent tooth erupt delay. if still want to know approx time then go for iopa xray. may give some sort of idea that how much time it will take.
Sometimes delay do happen in eruption so no need to worry. Visit a pedodontics dentist and discuss the problem. He or she would clinically examine and let you know about the eruption status.
