Right hand side upper tooth is paining gums are swollen cheeks are swollen its paining alot.....before blood use to come from tooth

Get a Xray done. If the pain is refered to the ear region and extends upto the head region then definitely an Rct is required. If the pain is restricted only to the gums then a simple scaling will do the work.
Next Steps
Have a warm saline gargle dont apply hot packs from outside as condition might worsen.
