Tooth ache of any kind will not be relieved until its treated.medicines might give u temporary relief but come back again.so i advice you to go to near by dentist and get it treated

Provisional diagnosis will be irreversible pulpitis. Kindly get x ray done and in such cases root canal treatment is the treatment of choice.

Every six months checkup is very important to diagnose any new decays and stop its progression. more you delay more tooth structure has to be compromised and more costly the treatment becomes.
