Any medication can reduce pain temperorily...for immediate pain relief, take aceclofenac 100 mg...but your teeth requires treatment...go and consult a dentist
Take some painkillers from local pharmacy,,see dentist to know the reason of pain,do warm water saline rinses,,avoid eating from affected and painful side.
If the tooth is broken you may require a filling or a root canal depending on the condition of the tooth. Delaying treatment will cause it to become more complicated.
