I have been suffering from mild tooth ache for about 2 weeks now. Last week one of my 1st molar tooth got broken. Now I feel an intense pain and sensitivity to cold or hot liquids in the gum area were the teeth got broken. What shall I do? My best regards

For now take Rx Tab diclomol BD for 5days For extreme pain tab ketorol DT -sos Sensi gel to be applied on tooth 3-4 times a day for 5-10 mins and don’t rinse or have anything till 30 mins after u apply it The nerve ending (dentin /pulp ) might be exposed causing sensitivity to the tooth
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as clinical and radiographical examination will give exact treatment plan It may be either removal of the affected tooth or RCT (root canal treatment) or normal filling
