Over-masturbation has caused me reach orgasm too soon during wet dreams & I ejacuate immediately. When occurred, It makes me too tired & weak always and makes me unable to resume in my daily activities. It has taken a huge toll in my life that it takes away my lively spirit, every time it occurs. I kindly beg your medical help in this regard.
