Too much weakness, difficulties in taking steps for walking, Constipation as well as loose motions, unable to control urines, decreased vision, stiffness in upper back, forgetfulness

Hello... He is 80 year old and has multiple problem You he is unstable you have to admit, with so many problems one cannot give online opinion, each system has to be examined and investigated.. First his vitals should be monitored as diarrhea could cause dehydration, feed him water...
