I took my regular adhd med vyvanse at 10 am this morning with a nootropic supplement called alpha brain. An hour ago (1am) i took 2 melatonin, was that okay to take with the other medicines?

There is no recorded contraindication for the medications as such. Kindly take the medications as prescribed by your treating doctor in the doses told by your treating doctor.
