I am 12 years old class 8 but I am too fat I am about 80 kg I want to become slim in 14 August Please help me

U have extreme obesity..in family anybody obese? U need evaluation..sometimes hormonal causes cause this..of course,diet/ exercise will help..but need to rule out other conditions...also u need get check ur BP, cholesterol,thyroid status etc..
