Tonsillitis or Gonorrhea

My tonsils are very swollen and have huge white spots on them. I have no fever, no headache, not side affects of any kind. All the strep test came back negative, so it’s not strep. I just need to know if I have some sort of viral tonsillitis, or if I have gonorrhea. I have performed oral sex recently, as in almost 6 days ago I believe. It was my first time and I’m not sure if that is the cause of what I am dealing with, or if it is just a unlucky timing of tonsillitis

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
