Tonsillitis acute

I had a tonsillitis acute from past 10 years .I am taking self prescribing drug.(amoxcillin +potassium clavulanate )625 mg for it. Actually my immune system is weak that I got throat infection on monthly basis. I am taking drug and I want to know that can it cause severe damage to any organ of my body.also I have homorrhoids. I think it's because of these antibiotics that I take. How much time can I take antibiotics. Kindly let me know what to do. Shahid Zargar. Srinagar Kashmir. 94xxxxxx12.
