I am suffering with tonsilities throat infection. Sour throat, throat pain, body pains , fever. Right now I am feeding my baby. she is 3months old. Can u please suggest any tablets.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics, over the counter analgesics and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. You need to consult nearby ENT for appropriate prescription of medicines which are safe during feeding
