I can feel my tonsilar lymph nodes on left side from 2 years it is swollen when I have infection and comes to normal but never disappear completely

yeah, this could be upper jugular lymph node. tonsillitis may lead to their enlargement sometimes for long duration. dnt wry. if they remains get them remove, but before get test for tuberculosis done.
