Tonsil stones
White coloured , small rubbery type thing comes out of my mouth and also affects my breath odour. Sometimes they feel like stuck in my throat. What is the cure to this and what should I do? Kindly help

Beta dine gargle 10ml dilute with 10ml warm water gargle for 20secs for a wk - take cares your tonsil and throat if there is an infection
Saline nasal wash morning and night for your nose - take care of ur allergy
