Starting late afternoon yesterday, I went from completely clear skin around noon, to a heavily concentrated amount of very small red dots all over my skin starting on my shoulders, upper chest, and neck, now all the way up to my forehead. They are not raised, are extremly small, and do not itch or hurt. I took the allergy medicine that I do for,my seasonal allergies which did nothing.
