The small lesions on your tongue after antibiotics treatment could most likely be aphthous ulcers which form due to
vitamin deficiency. They get okay after treatment. If the ulcers are persistent even after 21 days with treatment then please get a second opinion. May require a biopsy. If the ulcer is not there and only thickened tongue is present it is likely that you are still having a deficiency and maybe also dehydration. Please consult the doctor accordingly
