Tongue problems

Hi Dr.. I got my wisdom tooth.. Dr prescribed antibiotics and painkillers after that I developed some white pimples on the center of the tongue and back a chain like pink pimples.. Then advise me to apply metrogyl dg and antibiotics it was coming And going.. Again I went to ent Dr he had given some acidity tablets and be complex with pribiotics some am feeling like something is on my tongue and disturbing and am diabetic too.. Am very worried.. Is it cancer? To whom should I visit again for my problem.. All Dr Are telling it's fine.. Tongue is healthy.. Don't look at your tongue.. Am feeling some un comfortable.. Please help. To which Dr I want to visit.. I already visited ent and dentist... Am worried abt is it cancer? Because it's from last 25 days.. Pls am worried mentally

The small lesions on your tongue after antibiotics treatment could most likely be aphthous ulcers which form due to vitamin deficiency. They get okay after treatment. If the ulcers are persistent even after 21 days with treatment then please get a second opinion. May require a biopsy. If the ulcer is not there and only thickened tongue is present it is likely that you are still having a deficiency and maybe also dehydration. Please consult the doctor accordingly
