It is probably due to urinary tract infection or stone disease... Get an urine routine and microscopy test, Urine culture and sensitivity test and USG abdomen and pelvis done. Get back to me with reports, as depending on your reports we have to decide if antibiotics are needed or not, meanwhile drink plenty of water...
