Tofacitinib side effects

I was suffering severe low back pain right hip pain , My doctor prescribed me tofacitinib 5 mg bd and methotrexate 7.5 mg , today is 5 th day my pain of lower back and hip relived but I am feeling nasal congestion

Yes, Nasopharyngitis is the most common side effect of tofacitinib, seen in around 15-20 percent of patients and they gradually disappear with continuous use. Consult ur Rheumatologist for further details
