Toe nail broken

My left foot toe nail continuously gets broken and it pains alot .i play cricket and it hampers my practice . I need help .

Visit surgeon or orthopedic hospital. Dont use tight shoes. Meanwhile take tab chymoral forte 2 times a day for 5 days.
