5 months ago small hard dots came in toe and they are deep inside.but day by day it is getting larger.before not painful but now sometimes it is very painful and difficulty in walking.now I have too many dots in my toe and below the toe.you can see in picture.sometimes they are very painful.i am taking antibiotic medicine but not getting well.will you tell what is happening to me.is it serious problem? please provide me treatment procedure.is it a cancer? please give full discretion? please, please, please.thank you.
