Hello mam, for pain take diclofenac tablet after food n it may cause little acidity so take pan40 tablet before food

If diclofanac 50-75mg tab not available then ask somebody for paracetamol 750mg or 1gm. With some breakfast. And for hyper acidity take pantoprazole 40 mg tab. Till then if possible while travelling Leg elevation, remove the ring which is worn over 2nd toe. Please visit your Orthopaedician as soon as possible.
